Application
Fields:
There are two types of Fine
Aluminum Powder products: Spherical and Non-Spherical. With the
development of industry technologies and the increasing demands
for the products from the related businesses, the spherical fine
aluminum powder products are replacing the non-spherical products
because of the former super properties. At present, Fine Spherical
Aluminum Powder and its products are mainly applied to the following
fields:
High-grade metal pigment; composites (thermal spraying composite
metal powder, ceramics composite steel tube); war industry (gunpowder
and stuffs for ammunition); aerospace (solid rocket propellant);
chemical industry (all kinds of chemical catalyst and pesticide);
metallurgical industry(aluminumthermic process metallurgy, steelmaking
deoxidizer); shipbuilding industry (conductive coating); fire-resistance
materials (steelmaking furnace magnesia carbon brick); new-type
building materials(gas concrete foaming agent); anticorrosive materials
and fireworks, etc.
Production
Capability:
The production line producing
3,000 tons fine aluminum powder annually in our industry is one
of the most advanced machines. Compared with other industries at
home and abroad, this machine has the following features:
●Guaranteed product quality: The technology
links the main production proceses into a closed system and it operates
and controls automatically. This system guarantees the safety of
the production process and at the same time improves the quality
of the products, such as spherical degree and the content of the
active aluminum, etc.
●High collection rate of fine aluminum powder:
Supersonic atomizer designed according to advanced theory of pneumatic
atomization is highly efficient and with simple structure, and it
can produce fine spherical aluminum powder with medium diameter
D50 within 0~45um. And the collection of the fine aluminum powder
under 17um (D50*17um) reaches more than 90 percent.
●High precision of granular classification:
The designed granular classification system can collect at least
two grades aluminum powder with different average particle size
at one time. The average particle size can be adjusted medium diameter
D50 within 0~50um.The precision can reach±
1um.

Quality Guarantee:
●In March, 2001, the company
passed the ISO9001:1994 International Quality Management System
Ratification.
●The present technology can produce either spherical or non-spherical
aluminum powders whose specifications comply with GJB1738-93 (China
National Military Specification for Speical Fine Aluminum Powder)
and MIL-A-23905A (AS) (America Military Standard). And the production
line can also produce various aluminum powders according to GB2082-89
(China National Standard for Industrial Aluminum Powder) and GB2085-89
(China National Standard for Inflammable Aluminum Powder).
●Our industry is using the international
general particle size check and analysis systems: laser particle
size check and analysis system and gravity subside particle size
check and analysis system. We can offer different check ways and
reports according to the demands of clients. The following graph
